Pesto, Goat Cheese and Sun-dried Tomato Torte

Ingredients:
- Hope’s Gardens Basil Pesto
- Goat Cheese, brought to room temperature
- Hope's Gardens Sun-dried Tomato Pesto
- Olive Oil
Using a round cookie or biscuit cutter, prepare several rounds of softened goat cheese. Layer Goat Cheese, Hope’s Gardens Basil Pesto, goat cheese, Hope's Gardens Sun-dried Tomato Pesto, goat cheese, basil pesto and top with goat cheese layer. Sprinkle some olive oil over the top. Serve with endive slices or water crackers.
